 We generally ship ants from Monday through Wednesday (With a few exceptions such as holidays) to avoid ants being stuck at the post office on weekends. 

Our D.O.A policy guarantees a replacement or refund (Not including shipping price) for any colony or queen that does not survive during transport, with some exceptions (such as discounted or sale items). To qualify for this guarantee, customers must send proof of the ant(s) being dead within 45 minutes of them arriving at your house to USAntics.com@gmail.com.

Unless otherwise stated, the ants should arrive in a standard sized plastic test tube setup.
